Over the years, she has witnessed sweeping transformations—from improved access to utilities and cleaner surroundings, to a thriving atmosphere where neighbors of different ethnic backgrounds support one another, while visitors from all over China and the world come together in harmony.

Zhuoma and her daughter have learned multiple languages to better communicate with tourists. They continuously innovate their designs, blending traditional Tibetan attire with modern touches to open new markets.
